Painter / Wheel Repair Technician / Center Manager for Repair4You in Hisings Backa

Repair4You in Hisings Backa, together with our operations Repair2Care and Holmens Bilvård, is now looking for a driven and meticulous person with experience in auto painting and wheel repair, who also wants to take responsibility for the daily operations of our center.

We work with car care, painting, wheel repair, minor repairs, and detailing. We are now looking for you who are both practically skilled and capable of taking responsibility for customer contact, planning, and quality.

About the position

As a painter, wheel repair technician, and center manager, you will have an important role in the business. You will work practically with painting and wheel repair while also being responsible for ensuring that daily work functions in a professional and efficient manner.

Your tasks may include among other things:

• Preparation work, sanding, filling, and masking
• Painting of vehicles, vehicle parts, and wheels
• Repair of damaged wheels
• Sanding, straightening, and cosmetic restoration of wheels
• Color matching and quality control
• Detailing and simpler car care work as needed
• Planning of work and prioritization of tasks
• Customer contact and vehicle reception
• Responsibility for order, quality, and workflow in the center
• Collaboration with other staff and suppliers

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in auto painting
• Have experience in wheel repair or are very hands-on and wish to develop in this area
• Are meticulous, responsible, and service-oriented
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Have a good sense for quality and details
• Can handle customers in a professional manner
• Have the ability to lead, plan, and organize daily work
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have previously had responsibility for a workshop, car care center, body shop, or similar operations.
