Job Description

The role involves working with welding of nozzles. This means manual welding, but also machine welding, and in the long term, laser welding in our two robot cells. The department is responsible for the SWAN space nozzle as well as future space nozzles. Most of the manufacturing takes place within the department and includes machining, laser welding, manual welding, pre-assembly prior to these operations, deburring, penetrant testing, GOM measurement, and inspection. The operations are carried out in a low-volume workshop that is currently in a ramp-up phase. Within the area, we have close collaboration with technicians, which is key to being a strong team and handling the increasing volumes.

Qualifications

• Industrial technical education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in welding.
• Desirable: Experience with robot welding.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Other Information

The shift pattern is currently the GKN shift. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the security clearance regulations in force at any given time.
