About the Client

We are currently looking for an employee for our client located just outside Borås. Here, you will become part of the production team, working with machinery, contributing to a smooth production flow, and developing alongside experienced colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with production and be responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment function correctly. You will have a varied workday where both attention to detail and technical interest come into play. Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Operating, monitoring, and setting up production machinery.
• Adjusting machines and troubleshooting minor operational issues.
• Checking quality and performing measurements.
• Restocking materials and documenting production.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace.

Working hours: 2-shift system, full-time (100%). Location: Just outside Borås. Start date: According to agreement.

Background and Personal Qualities

We do not care about fancy titles; what matters is that you are handy, detail-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. These are the key requirements for the role: Requirements:

• Experience with tools and machinery.
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written).
• Valid driver's license.

• Experience in workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance.
• You have been tinkering with machines since childhood, whether at home, in the garage, or at work.
• Ability to read drawings and handle measuring instruments.

We are looking for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, takes responsibility for their work, and ensures tasks are done thoroughly. You have an eye for detail, like keeping things organized, and can handle both group collaboration and independent work when needed. Contributing to a positive team atmosphere is essential!
