Job Responsibilities

As a welder/fitter, you will work with both manufacturing and final assembly. Your main tasks will include MIG and TIG welding, assembly of components, and insulation of ovens. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work where you can utilize both your technical skills and quality mindset. The work is scheduled during daytime hours, Monday to Thursday from 07:00–16:00 and Friday from 07:00–14:45.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with vocational training in workshop technology or equivalent industrial experience. You have prior experience in welding and assembly, are accustomed to reading technical drawings, and feel confident working independently with a focus on quality. As a person, you are detail-oriented, solution-focused, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for your work. You appreciate working together with colleagues towards common goals and contribute a positive attitude to daily operations. Since the work is physically active, we prefer that you enjoy using your body in your work. We also look for:

• Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license and access to a car
