We are looking for you who want to work for a cheerful man in his 30s living centrally in Rättvik. He has cerebral palsy (CP) and needs assistance from morning until evening in his daily life.

The customer appreciates an active life and enjoys taking walks, working out at the gym, listening to music, and going to hockey games. It is important that you, as an assistant, can contribute to a safe, positive, and content-rich daily life based on his needs and wishes.

About the position

We are currently looking for substitutes who can start working immediately, with good opportunities for continued work during the summer of 2026. The position suits you who already have another occupation and want to work extra hours.

The work involves supporting the customer in his daily routines and activities, with a focus on creating a meaningful and functional daily life.

Personal qualities

We are looking for you who:

• Have a genuine interest in working with people
• Are responsible, engaged, and have a high work ethic
• Can work independently and follow routines
• Are flexible and responsive to the customer's needs
• Are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is important that you are not allergic to fur, as there is a dog in the home.

Experience

Previous experience as a personal assistant is meritorious but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, as the customer himself is involved in the choice of assistant.
