We are now looking for a driven and service-oriented warehouse and retail assistant for Ahlsell in Karlshamn. Ahlsell is the leading technical distributor in the Nordics for installation products, tools, and machinery. The tasks in this position will primarily consist of picking in the store, warehouse work, customer service, and cash handling. You will be responsible for providing the best possible service to our customers and acting as the company's face during every customer interaction. In addition to working in the store, you will also work at our warehouse located in connection with the store. Here, the tasks will include handling goods, loading and unloading, as well as other general warehouse duties to ensure an efficient and well-functioning flow. You will work in a team that ensures the warehouse is organized and that products can be quickly received and dispatched as needed.

Person Profile

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail who wants to work with retail sales and service. You thrive on daily customer contact and feel confident in building good customer relationships. Customer satisfaction is a given for you, and you always treat others professionally and with enthusiasm. It is an advantage if you have experience working in both retail and warehouse environments, as well as some technical understanding. However, the most important thing for us is the right personality and drive. We are looking for someone who is proactive, has an eye for what needs to be done, and is willing to help out where needed to move the work forward. Requirements for the position: • Driver's license – to handle certain warehouse tasks and transport between the store and warehouse. • Forklift license (counterbalance truck) – you will need to handle and drive a counterbalance truck for goods handling at the warehouse. We value your personal qualities highly and would like to see that you have a background in sports or club activities. Other Information

Scope: Full-time during the summer (May-August), can be extended if needed, but this will be done through dialogue.
