We divide our department stores into the following sections: Sports, running and training - Children and leisure - Outdoor and hunting - Skis and bicycles – Workshop - Warehouse and logistics - Checkout.

At the workshop, we work with skis and bicycles. Primarily, we work with the assembly of new products, service, and maintenance. If needed, we also assist in the store.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Helping customers find the right products and identifying needs for assembly and service

• Assembly of skis and bicycles

• Service of skis and bicycles

• Training new employees

• Keeping the workshop clean and tidy

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have relevant experience from a similar position

• Have an interest in the products and services we sell

• Are motivated by creating good customer experiences

• Have good teamwork skills

• Are efficient, solution-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changes

• Are structured and organized

• Fluently speak and write Swedish or a Scandinavian language
