About the Role

As a Finance Assistant at iSales, you will become an integral part of our finance function, working closely with management and other internal departments. The role is varied and suits you if you thrive with structure, numbers, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:

  • Create and manage invoice documentation
  • Prepare and send customer invoices
  • Manage and control payroll documentation
  • Perform payroll checks and quality assurance in Excel
  • Ensure that documentation is correct and complete before payroll runs
  • Compile, analyze, and follow up on financial data
  • Work with administrative financial routines and internal follow-up
  • Contribute to developing and streamlining internal processes and working methods
  • Maintain ongoing contact with internal departments to ensure correct documentation

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant work experience in finance, administration, payroll, or invoicing

or

  • Relevant university education in finance or equivalent educational background

Furthermore, we see that you have:

  • Very good knowledge of Excel and experience working with controls, follow-up, and analysis in spreadsheets
  • Good administrative skills and a structured approach to work
  • Understanding of financial flows and basic bookkeeping knowledge is an advantage
  • Good system proficiency and ease in adapting to new working methods
