Well-Established Wholesaler in South Stockholm

We are a well-established wholesaler in South Stockholm with extensive experience in our industry and a wide range of products from both local producers and global suppliers. Our customers are within the restaurant, café, and fast-food sectors – and we work every day to deliver high service, quality, and efficient solutions.
We are now looking for a meticulous and driven Finance and Administration Coordinator who wants to become an important part of our finance department and contribute to developing our internal processes.
Your Role
In the role of Finance and Administration Coordinator, you will work broadly within finance and administration, with a main focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable.
You will become a key support function in the business, working closely with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management in a daily routine where structure, responsibility, and service are crucial.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include, among other things:
Accounts Receivable
- Customer setup
- Invoicing
- Handling signed delivery notes
- Accounts Receivable management
- Reminders and collections
- Due date lists
- Contact with the bank regarding customer payments
- Handling credit notes and customer cases
Accounts Payable
- Handling supplier invoices in the financial system
- Supplier payments
- Accounts Payable management
- Incoming and outgoing payments
Administration & Finance
- Receipt handling
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Handling WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
- Various administrative tasks within the finance department
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have relevant post-secondary education and previous experience working with accounts receivable and payable.
You are a person who likes order and structure, works systematically, and thrives in an environment where the pace is sometimes high and many things happen simultaneously.

- Service-oriented with good collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously
We would prefer that you:
- Have good system proficiency
- Have experience with business systems, preferably Pyramid (meritorious)
- Speak and write Swedish fluently
- Have additional language skills, preferably Arabic (meritorious)
