Are you under 18 and want to work part-time alongside your studies? Then the Host position is perfect for you! As a Host at Espresso House, you will, together with fantastic colleagues, contribute to the guest experience in our coffee shops by exceeding our guests' expectations. Every guest should leave with a feeling that they want to visit us again!

The role of Barista involves occasional solo work and handling professional coffee machine equipment. In accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations on the working environment for minors (AFS 2023:2, Chapter 6, Section 8 and Chapter 8, Section 11), you must be of legal age to work in that role, which is why the Host role is perfect for you if you have not yet turned 18!

All working hours are located in the coffee shop and can vary between day, evening, and weekends. As a Host, you ensure the shop's quality regarding cleanliness and service, and give the guests that little extra in their coffee experience. The work will also consist of cash register duties, dishwashing, and other common café tasks. No previous experience is required; we provide your training! The Host position is a preparatory role for later developing into a Barista.
