As a restaurant assistant at MAX, you are a key person in our daily work. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level. Both in terms of quality, pace, and service. You work in a team and have varied tasks: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and are responsible for the cash register where you ensure guests receive what they ordered. So during your first days, you will learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, and on our learning platform MAX Academy via digital training.

• Be responsible for the cash register and ensure guests receive their orders

How does the process work?

For our positions as restaurant staff, we have chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for jobs. This means you do not need to send in a CV or cover letter. Instead, you will answer some selection questions and take a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can.

When you have submitted your application, you will receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of different situations that may arise in everyday life at MAX, where you will describe how you would act. In this way, you get a good idea early on of what it is like to work with us. The test takes about 15 minutes to complete.

Once we have reviewed both your application and your test, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you move forward in the process, you will be invited to an interview. If you do not move forward, you will receive notification via email. We handle applications on an ongoing basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application date.

Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and therefore we cannot move candidates forward who do not complete the test.
