Night Receptionist – 2 nights/week, mid-June to end of August

We are looking for a service-oriented, responsible, and detail-oriented individual for the position of Night Receptionist.

About the role

As a Night Receptionist, you work independently during the night, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and is in top condition for the next day. The majority of the work consists of cleaning public areas and restocking items, such as beverage coolers and consumables. You are also responsible for basic reception tasks, including check-in and check-out, running the booking system overnight, and preparing for breakfast.

The work is performed alone, meaning you need to be self-sufficient, confident in making decisions, and able to handle various situations independently – for example, in the event of an evacuation or other incidents.

Working hours and scope

• 2 nights/week
• Mid-June to end of August: Possibility of increased hours during certain weeks

We are looking for someone who

• Is tidy, loyal, and responsible
• Has a strong service mindset and wants to provide guests with a safe and positive experience
• Is detail-oriented and ensures tasks are completed thoroughly
• Thrives working independently at night
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English

Previous experience from hotels, service, or night shifts is advantageous but not required – we place great emphasis on personality and sense of responsibility.

Other information

We are members of Visita and follow their collective agreement with HRF as a basis.
