We are currently looking for experienced receptionists for upcoming assignments with our clients in the hotel and hospitality industry.

As a receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, working to provide guests with professional service and a warm welcome. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Check-in and check-out
Guest service and customer interaction
Booking management
Handling phone calls and emails
Administrative tasks
Night shifts as needed

The specific tasks vary depending on the client and assignment.

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience working in a hotel
Has experience with night shifts in hotels/reception
Is service-oriented and professional
Can take shifts with short notice
Is flexible and responsible
Speaks Swedish and English
Thrives working independently
