Waiter/Waitress/Sommelier – Summer Season

Become part of our gastronomic team. We offer a varied role in food and beverage service at a hotel featuring a main dining room, a bistro in our herb garden, and "Framfickan" – our charming outdoor terrace bordering Borgholm's lively pedestrian street.

Are you our new service star? We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, cheerful, humorous, and interacts with guests and colleagues in a professional and personal manner.

Your primary responsibility is to work together with your colleagues to make our guests more than satisfied, both on weekdays and weekends. We place great emphasis on good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We value previous experience in service at reputable restaurants. It is a plus if you have knowledge of bar operations or are a fully-fledged bartender.

At our hotel, we strive to provide the best possible service experience and professionalism, which sets certain requirements for your prior skills. You have a few years of experience and are accustomed to working with quality. You are passionate about food and drink, service, and the holistic dining experience. Most importantly, you have the desire to learn and develop together with us.

Employment: Seasonal position from June to August, starting mid-June.

Salary: According to agreement.

Accommodation: We do NOT offer staff accommodation, so housing must be arranged independently.
