We are looking for a personal assistant for a man with severe intellectual disability.

The ideal candidate must remain calm in stressful situations. We are seeking someone between the ages of 30 and 55 who feels confident working independently.

Since the client requires 24/7 assistance, you must be available to work shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

About the Job

I am a 55-year-old man looking for an assistant who can start this summer and continue in a temporary full-time position for at least 1.5 years.

I use a wheelchair but can walk short distances with support. I need round-the-clock assistance with all aspects of daily life, such as personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. I also need help with eating and with my daily activities. You will accompany me to my day center activities.

I am non-verbal, but I am happy, positive, and social. I love being outdoors in all weather.

You must be over 30 years old and have good proficiency in Swedish.

You must not have back problems, as I require assistance with all transfers and mobility.
