Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative with us, you will become an important ambassador for Avis Budget. You are responsible for providing our customers with a secure, smooth, and professional experience.

The role involves both sales and relationship building, where your service-focused approach contributes to satisfied customers and good results.

Your main tasks will include:

• greeting and assisting customers at the rental counter
• actively working on upselling and guiding customers to the right solution
• handling customer contact via phone and email
• drafting contracts and handling administrative tasks
• following daily routines and checklists
• conducting vehicle inspections and ensuring cars are ready for rental

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B, manual and automatic)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Compensation

The salary includes a fixed base salary, overtime allowance according to collective agreement, and commission.

Employment Details

This is a permanent full-time position (100%) with a 6-month probation period.

Evening and weekend work is included.
