At Hybrus AB, we are currently looking for an experienced IT Administrator for one of our clients in Sweden. The position is located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö, and we are seeking a candidate with proven experience in working independently and taking ownership of tasks.

• Backup & Recovery: Dell Data Domain, Commvault
• Virtualization: VMware (VCF), Nutanix
• Automation: vRealize (Aria)
• Network: Cisco, Arista, NSX-T
• Security: Palo Alto, Fortinet

You will play a key role in the team responsible for the management and further development of technical services for our customers. A significant part of the role is ensuring the availability of systems and digital services. We value high efficiency with a focus on security, stability, and accuracy. You will have a central role in the delivery and support flow of IT services, where it is crucial to work and deliver according to documented processes and routines to ensure SLA requirements are met.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Deliver server services according to set SLAs and be part of the operations and support team.
• Deploy and set up new servers.
• Perform patch management and upgrades of the server environment.
• Develop scripts and work with automation tools to create efficient working methods.
• Participate in projects linked to the technology platform.
• Ensure compliance with existing security requirements.
• Actively participate in technology improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
• Has good communication skills in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

We view applications from candidates with the following additional skills particularly favorably:

• Experience working with Windows, Unix, and Linux server systems.
• Knowledge of OpenStack, Kubernetes, PowerShell, Tanzu, and VMware (VCF).
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Network and Security knowledge – physical and virtual (Cisco, Arista, NSX, Palo Alto/Fortinet).
