Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for you who want to work as a residential support worker or personal assistant in our operations this summer. We offer meaningful work where you get to make a difference for individuals with support needs.

We can offer work during the holiday period week 26 - week 33. There are great opportunities to work before or after the end of the period. We are also looking for substitutes who can work parts of the summer.

We offer a bonus of 7,000 SEK (before tax) to you who work at least 240 hours between week 25 - week 34. (Illness or other absence is not included in the bonus-qualifying hours)

The tasks include, among other things, personal care and hygiene, transfers, medication, accompaniment, shopping, household chores, and assistance with daily activities. The work includes documentation according to legislation.

We are looking for summer substitutes for:

Residential care with special support (LSS housing)

You work in our special support housing in Järpen and support the residents with planning and implementation of daily activities based on an individually formulated implementation plan. You may come to work with individuals with problematic behavior and psychiatric diagnoses.

Personal Assistance

We have various assignments in Järpen and Hallen where work is done on a 24-hour basis at the homes of individuals with support needs. You complement where the disability sets limits and work based on the individual's conditions and wishes.

Qualifications

In the role of residential support worker or personal assistant, it is important to be responsive, flexible, and genuinely interested in people. You should be able to see, listen to, and validate the people you meet.

Collaborating and contributing to a positive work climate among colleagues is obvious to you. You should be able to read, speak, and express yourself in writing in Swedish without hindrance. If you have experience and/or education within healthcare, it is meritorious.
