About the Position

The Principal's Area of Öhn - Resele consists of two F-6 school units and leisure centers located approximately 10–30 km from central Sollefteå. The number of students in the area is approx. 110, where Öhn School is the largest unit and where you will belong to the work team. In addition, the position includes working at Kalknäs School, which is also a smaller unit with just over 40 students.

Responsibilities

If the necessary decisions are made, we are now looking for a music teacher, preferably with additional subject qualifications, for the Öhn-Resele principal's area.

The work currently involves subject planning, teaching, and assessment in music for grades F-5 in accordance with the curriculum for compulsory school in the school units of the principal's area, as well as Kalknäs School, in collaboration with additional educators at the school.

All students in grade 6 receive their music education at Nipanskolan.

Qualifications

• Teaching certification is a requirement.
• Certification for additional school subjects and levels is meritorious.
• You have experience in pedagogical work with young people. Experience of teaching in compulsory school and leadership in youth activities is meritorious.
• You should be good with young people, stress-resistant, and have professional leadership skills.
• You need to be responsive, cooperative, and see opportunities in a complex operation with high demands.
• Your teaching is based on active formative learning. You are skilled at analyzing your teaching and results. You possess good collaboration skills.
• You create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
• We also see that you are responsive and have high social competence.

Requirement: Driver's License Category B.
