We are now looking for a female personal assistant

We are looking for you who perhaps already have a job, but would like to have a few extra evenings on your schedule each week – with the possibility of working extra hours if needed.

We are looking for someone who wants to go the extra mile for another person. Prior experience is not necessarily required; the most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right and that you have a valid driver's license.

About the role

Our client uses a wheelchair, lives with her husband in a house, and leads an active life. She works full-time, which means an assistant is always with her.

Our client has an active daily life filled with cooking, social engagements, and trips or outings.

As an assistant, you will be her support in all parts of daily life. You are her arms and legs and receive work assignments verbally, which means you must be able to speak and understand Swedish fluently.

You will help our client with everything from daily chores, transfers, hygiene, shopping, cleaning, cooking, gardening, accompanying her on trips, exercise, and much more. You should be available when she is at home, working, or out participating in various activities.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a calm, empathetic demeanor. You are attentive, take initiative, and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere at home. You are non-smoking. Personal chemistry is important, so we are looking for someone who is quick to learn, positive, patient, and looks forward to becoming a significant part of our client's life.

Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged and confident in your role.

Employment level: Part-time, hourly substitute on a rolling schedule, with the possibility of extra hours if needed.

Working hours: 17:00–22:00

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed by agreement. Other allowances are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: As soon as possible by agreement, the position runs as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
