Do you want to work broadly with qualified accounting in a personal and professional environment? HQV is now looking for an accounting consultant who wants to take personal responsibility, work closely with clients, and at the same time be part of a team where well-being and quality are at the center.

In this role, you will become part of HQV's accounting team and independently drive accounting processes. You work close to the business with everything from ongoing accounting to year-end closing, annual reports, and tax returns. The role suits you if you thrive in a broad and varied daily routine where you get to combine analysis, structure, and customer contact.

You work closely with experienced colleagues but also have your own responsibility.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
• Prepare annual reports and accompanying documentation
• Prepare income tax returns for companies, associations, and foundations
• Ongoing accounting and quality assurance of bookkeeping
• Reporting to the Swedish Tax Agency and the Swedish Companies Registration Office

The position is a direct recruitment where you will be employed by HQV. StudentConsulting is responsible for the recruitment process. The role is full-time and starts as soon as we find the right person.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Some years of experience in qualified accounting work, including year-end closing, annual reports, and tax returns
• Good understanding of accounting principles and current regulations, as well as confidence in working independently
• Experience in working close to the business and building long-term relationships with clients
• Strong analytical skills and a structured working method that ensures high quality in deliverables
• Ability to prioritize and drive your work forward, even during periods of higher tempo
• Good system proficiency
• Communicative and pedagogical skills, both internally and towards clients
• A non-hierarchical and helpful attitude, where you gladly support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
