Welcome to the Employment and Education Administration in Bodens Municipality!

We have a consolidated responsibility for integration, employment, education, and employment issues concerning the inhabitants of our municipality. The administration is also responsible for the Music School and food supply, as well as fulfilling tasks for the medical and psychological parts of student health services in municipal preschool classes, primary school, adapted primary school, upper secondary school, and adapted upper secondary school.

Kristallkulan Preschool

Kristallkulan Preschool consists of 7 portals, a restaurant, and a sports hall, and opened after renovation in 2011. Kristallkulan has developmental learning environments with portals that all look different, a comprehensive outdoor environment with three different yards and a forest area. The preschool has five portals for children aged 1-4 and two portals for 5-year-olds. The preschool is led by a principal who has an employed preschool coordinator. The preschool coordinator assists with daily matters, education, and scheduling. The preschool systematically documents projects and development talks in digital systems, and there is an organization for collegial collaboration. The preschool develops children's language, creates teaching in everyday situations, and treats each other in a fine manner.

WORK ASSIGNMENTS

We are looking for you who want to work as a preschool teacher with us!

At Kristallkulan Preschool, we work with children aged 1-5. You are expected to be positive and have a holistic view. Together, we find solutions to become strong together. Our preschool has high competence, and you will have colleagues who strive to develop operations together with you. Together, teaching is created in the children's group, both with individual and joint planning time.

You should be prepared to work the hours the preschool is open, 06:00-18:30. You will work based on the preschool's curriculum and strive to achieve increased goal fulfillment in an engaged and positive manner. You will use digital tools in systematic quality work, where knowledge of digital tools is a requirement. It is important that you can see the whole picture and needs based on this, regarding both the child and the children's group, as well as for the benefit of your workplace. Your interaction with children, guardians, colleagues, and the principal is expected to be of high quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher.

You should be flexible, cooperative, and solution-oriented. It is important that you follow joint decisions and work for the best interests of children in relation to the conditions the operation offers.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
