Responsibilities

As a Client Success & Operations Associate, you act as the bridge between technology and customer benefit. Your focus is on driving customer value through product specialist knowledge and training, while simultaneously acting as an internal pillar in financial administration. With your competence in payroll and back-office, you handle invoicing and support in a professional and trustworthy manner.

In the role, you will among other things work with:

  • Handling qualified support regarding invoicing, payroll, and collective agreements.
  • Managing internal administration, advance billing, and retroactive adjustments.
  • Conducting onboarding and training for new customers in the system.
  • Identifying business opportunities in customer dialogue and proactively suggesting additional services.

We are looking for you who

  • Have a background in back-office, particularly payroll, and an understanding of laws and collective agreements.
  • Have a genuine interest in IT and systems – you describe yourself as a bit of a "nerd" when it comes to understanding technical connections.
  • Possess a natural sales spirit and business mindset; you see the value in the services and have no problem charging for expertise.
  • Are fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing. (It is a big plus if you also speak Norwegian, Finnish, or German)
  • If you have previous experience in customer support or sales, we see this as a major advantage.
