Your role
As a technician, you are part of our Digital Workplace section and work with everything from computers, mobile phones, and printers to conference rooms and information screens. You handle troubleshooting, installations, and case management, as well as responsible for orders, registry maintenance, and employee onboarding/offboarding. The role also involves acting as project support during rollouts and equipment refreshes, as well as helping users get started with systems and applications. You staff our local IT front desk and act as an extension of the Service Desk. Travel within our operational areas occurs.
What you bring with you
You are structured and have the ability to keep order in an environment with many parallel tasks. You are proactive and see opportunities to take responsibility and develop in the role. You are confident in your communication, attentive to the business's needs, and build trust by delivering solutions that work. Furthermore, you are loyal and enjoy building good relationships in a team that values collaboration. Additionally, you are service-minded and enjoy helping out where needed.
We expect you to have:
- Secondary education, preferably with an electrical or data focus.
- Good computer skills and an interest in IT.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Category B driver's license.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience with Windows, Android, iOS, Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with IT support, ITIL.
- Experience with Intune or Workspace.
