Vacancy: Qualified and Engaged Childcare Worker starting August 10th

We are looking for you who are experienced, engaged, and curious. The temporary position involves working with mixed-age groups of children (1–5 years) in close collaboration with two dedicated colleagues on one of our departments. Your direct colleagues will be a department head preschool teacher and an educated childcare worker.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have a strong identity in your role as a childcare worker.
• Have experience from preschool settings.
• Are familiar with the Swedish Preschool Curriculum (Lpfö 18).
• Have experience working with projects, themes, and pedagogical documentation (this is prioritized).
• Speak and write Swedish fluently, as the role involves some documentation.
• Feel confident in collaborating with guardians/parents.
• Are cooperative, flexible, and solution-oriented.
