Consulting Manager with Own Client Responsibility at FlexiQ

FlexiQ is a consulting and recruitment agency based in Karlskrona. We match qualified professionals within finance, accounting, technology, and mission-critical roles with companies in Blekinge and Southern Sweden. We are now building our team and looking for our first Consulting Manager!

You are driven by business development. You enjoy prospecting new clients, closing deals, and building a client portfolio from scratch. You understand that nothing happens by itself and thrive in a role where your performance is directly reflected in the bottom line. Having a relevant network in Blekinge or Southern Småland is a clear advantage.

What does the role entail?

You are responsible for the entire chain, from the first client contact to placing a consultant on-site, working closely with the CEO with significant autonomy from day one.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Prospecting new clients and building long-term relationships in the region
• Driving the entire process from needs analysis to signed contract and consultant placement
• Maintaining continuous contact with clients to understand needs and ensure quality
• Matching and following up on consultants in assignments
• Having personnel responsibility for the consultants you manage

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone experienced in B2B sales who thrives working independently towards clear goals. Experience from the consulting or recruitment industry is advantageous but not a requirement.

As a person, you are:

• Self-motivated and commercially minded
• Accustomed to taking initiative and driving processes to completion
• Confident in client dialogues and skilled at building trust quickly
• More interested in building something new than managing something established
