Are you empathetic, outgoing, and enjoy meeting people? Do you want a varied job with a lot of freedom? Now you have the opportunity to work in Sweden's most important civil movement and be part of influencing the daily lives of hundreds of thousands of people.
Hyresgästföreningen Region Mitt and Aros-Gävle are now looking for two new member recruiters for a special initiative to reach younger tenants and students.
The positions are based at the Västerås or Eskilstuna office.
Our focus is on the tenants, the members, and the residential areas. In this initiative, we are targeting young people and students, among other things, by strengthening our work in student cities such as Borlänge, Gävle, Uppsala, and Örebro, as well as in Södermanland and Västmanland counties.
You will be part of a team of two member recruiters who together drive an initiative aimed at young tenants and students.
We would prefer that you are at the beginning of your career, have drive, and want to see results from your work. Hyresgästföreningen has also introduced a special youth membership to better reach and engage younger tenants.
Job Responsibilities
As a member recruiter, you work out in residential areas, primarily in Sörmland and Västmanland and nearby student cities. Your main goal is to meet tenants where they live, build trusting conversations, and offer membership in Hyresgästföreningen.
You are Hyresgästföreningen's ambassador to the outside world, with your ear to the ground. Together with your colleagues, you play an important role in helping the organization achieve its goals.
We would prefer that you have work experience, and sales experience is an advantage. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We have a collective agreement and the salary is commission-based with a fixed base salary. Travel is included in the job, so a driver's license and access to a car are required.
