We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a man in his 50s who needs help with most aspects of his daily life. A large and important part of the job involves communication – being a support in understanding and conveying wishes, thoughts, and needs to those around him.

The work requires you to be sensitive, secure, and capable of reading the situation and creating a good rapport. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is secure, responsible, and empathetic
• Has good communication skills and patience
• Has experience in personal assistance or similar work (preferred)
• Is over 30 years old
• We prefer female applicants

Responsibilities

• Help with most aspects of daily life (personal care, cleaning, cooking, etc.)
• Provide support in communication and social interaction
• Participate in and facilitate daily life based on the user's needs and wishes

The client has 24-hour assistance, with double staffing during the day and evening.

It is important that you can create a sense of security, work closely with another person, and at the same time respect privacy and self-determination.
