About the role of Retail Sales Associate, Plumbing & Ventilation

We are looking for someone who wants to provide our customers in Jönköping with the best possible service and support them with qualified advice in the store. Our customers are professionals who build, install, and maintain.

You will work with all tasks that occur in a retail environment, and it is expected that you take initiative and responsibility and want to be part of our journey to develop the store towards new successes. As a retail sales associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and be responsible for advising the customer, completing the sale, and ensuring that they leave the store with fantastic treatment, service, and the best products for their needs.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are open, responsible, and service-oriented. To provide our customers with good service, it is important that you enjoy collaborating, have good communication skills, and have a positive attitude. We work together at Ahlsell to make it easy for our customers – we call it One Ahlsell.

Your background may vary, but we would like you to have general technical knowledge, preferably within Plumbing & Ventilation (VS), and experience in a similar role is a plus.
