Do you want to make a real difference for people who are outside the labor market? We are now looking for a result-oriented and engaged Career Coach to join our team! You are proactive, receptive, and solution-focused. You thrive working independently as well as in a team, and have a strong commitment to helping people move towards a sustainable future. Your flexibility and willingness to deliver high quality are crucial for success in this role.

As a Career Coach, you work closely with both job seekers and employers. Your mission is to create successful matches that lead to jobs or education – through qualitative and goal-oriented work, as well as by coaching job seekers towards employment or education.

Your responsibilities:

• Coach and guide job seekers towards work or studies
• Map competencies and identify development opportunities
• Establish contact with employers and match the right candidate to the right position
• Follow up on interventions and ensure that goals are met with high quality

Requirements:

• Experience working with "Rusta och Matcha" and Workbuster.

Qualifications:

• A university degree of at least 180 higher education credits plus two years of professional experience

or

• Post-secondary education plus three years of experience within recruitment or training

Other requirements:

• Very good ability to work in a structured, independent, and goal-oriented manner
• Documented experience of working towards results and with a focus on quality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish
• Valid B-driver's license

About the position:

• Working hours: Daytime with flexibility
• Employment type: Fixed-term 50% from June to August, with the possibility of extension and transition to full-time if needed.
• Location: Järfälla. Work also takes place in other parts of Stockholm and outside Stockholm. Travel is part of the role.
