We are currently looking for an engaged and responsible individual for a dynamic and challenging role as an Age Control Inspector and Mystery Shopper in Skåne and Småland.

Your duties will involve traveling throughout the region to visit shops, cafes, and restaurants. You will conduct "test purchases" of age-restricted items such as gaming products, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and alcohol. The goal is to verify that retailers request identification and comply with current legislation, such as the Alcohol Act Chapter 5, Section 5.

In addition to age control, the role includes Mystery Shopping assignments. You will act as a regular customer and conduct anonymous quality measurements. Based on a customized protocol, you will assess the environment, sales situation, and staff interaction. We help our clients improve quality and sales in customer interactions while ensuring that established routines are followed.

To serve as a test purchaser for age control, you must be at least 18 years old, or be of an age that is representative of the legal threshold for purchasing alcoholic beverages.

Requirements:

• Valid Category B driver's license and good driving skills, as we provide vehicles for travel.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team (assignments are usually carried out in pairs).
• Flexibility regarding working hours, as work takes place during standard retail opening hours.
