Are you a district physician and want to take the next step in your career? Join us at Kopparberg Primary Health Care Centre and develop together with us in a unique rural setting.

Kopparberg Primary Health Care Centre is a small workplace, located approximately four miles from Lindesberg Hospital. This makes our patient work both broad and varied. Our mission is to help people when they are in need of healthcare, but also to prevent illness. For us, both parts are equally important. We who carry out this mission are a tightly knit team of approximately 20 people, where everyone plays an important role. Here we help each other, within and between all professional groups. There is an opportunity for everyone to influence the workplace in a positive direction, and we work to support personal competence development.

Does this sound like a workplace where you would thrive?

Responsibilities

As a district physician with us, you will have a varied assignment in a sparsely populated area. Among other things, you will work with your own clinic, handling both scheduled and emergency visits. The assignment includes supervising students and doctors in training.

We hope you want to be part of the work to continuously develop and improve Kopparberg Primary Health Care Centre, where we offer patient-safe healthcare with person-centered and close care in focus.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician, specialist in general practice, and who want to be involved in developing primary care so that we can meet the needs of future patients. You enjoy working in teams around the patient, are confident in your professional role, have a pedagogical streak, and like to share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues, while also being open to learning from others. You are positive and solution-focused.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, above all the ability to collaborate, good communication skills, and a willingness to develop. You have a positive and professional attitude towards your work, where your ethical values align with the operations we conduct.

Application

The application should include a CV and a cover letter. Certificates, grades, diplomas, etc., should be provided at a potential interview.

If you are or have previously been employed by Region Örebro County, we will take internal references from your current or former manager, should you become a candidate for employment.

A check of extracts from the police register may be conducted in accordance with current legislation.

We mobilize our permanent employees and, in some cases, also fixed-term employees. Read more about what this entails.

About the Operations

Region Örebro County is one of the largest employers in the county and an important growth engine in the region. We work for people's health, security, and well-being, and for the development of the county. With us, there are exciting and important jobs within healthcare, dental care, public transport, culture, and business development. Together, we create a better life.
