We are looking for a personal assistant for a woman in Färjestaden!

For this assignment, we are seeking, on behalf of our client, a female personal assistant. Knowledge and experience within care and transfer techniques are meritorious. You should be calm and stable.

About the position:

• Position at approx. 28%.
• Shifts are scheduled every Wednesday.

About our client:

Our client is a bubbly, cheerful "ray of sunshine" in her 50s, living in an apartment in Färjestaden. Her interests include writing, painting, crafting at home, and social activities. The woman was born with cerebral palsy (CP) and an intellectual disability. She needs support and help with everything in her daily life, such as transfers, care, cooking, household chores, and structuring her days. She is a lively and happy woman with a bit of a mischievous streak, not hesitant to tell a funny story or sing a song.

• Are confident in yourself and have a good ability to adapt to different situations.
• Can handle stressful moments with a calm exterior.
• Enjoy working in both active and more passive environments.
• Have a sense of humor and value spreading joy at work.
• Are skilled at guiding without being judgmental or overly controlling.
