Why this job is for you Simply put, you want to lead projects within industries where safety and control are crucial. You thrive in technically advanced and regulated environments where clear requirements and structures are of the highest priority. You see the connection between areas such as energy production, Life Science, and nuclear power, where precision, traceability, and compliance with regulations are part of everyday life.
As a Project Manager here, you will play a central role in driving projects from start to finish, ensuring that technical and regulatory requirements are met, and coordinating various stakeholders. You will primarily work within nuclear power and combined heat and power (CHP), but also within other highly regulated industries where your structure and analytical skills are key. Projects may involve preventive maintenance, major component replacements, or facility modifications.
The path forward is in your hands. With your experience in project management and interest in complex, regulated environments, you will take on a key role in driving important projects forward – and we look forward to doing it together with you.
You will become part of our business area Compliance & Management, where we support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, safety, sustainability, and project governance.

- Lead and coordinate feasibility studies and projects within nuclear power, CHP, and other regulated industries.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, technical requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate stakeholders such as engineers, authorities, and suppliers.
- Drive improvement work and optimize processes.
- Monitor and report project status against goals, schedule, and budget.
Qualifications We are looking for you who is a communicative and outgoing person, who enjoys collaborating and building strong relationships. You are driven by solving problems and creating order. In addition to your personal qualities, we want you to have:
- A degree as a Civil Engineer or University Engineer in energy systems, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial economics, or another relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management within regulated industries such as nuclear power, CHP, pharmaceuticals, or other process industries.
- Experience in leading larger, complex projects such as facility, overhead line, or cable projects.
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Experience from a strictly regulated industry is an advantage.
