Wrknest is currently looking for a Supply Planner / Procurement Specialist for an exciting assignment in Stockholm. This role is perfect for you who feel confident quickly getting up to speed with operations, creating structure, and driving daily work forward with significant autonomy.

The main focus of the role lies in operational procurement and supplier management, where you will play a key part in ensuring efficient flows and stable supply. You will also contribute to production planning and be involved in the onboarding and implementation of a new procurement tool.

This is an assignment for you who thrive in a business-close, hands-on role where you can combine operational delivery with improvement work. You will work closely with functions such as production, quality, and logistics, becoming a vital part of creating clear and efficient working methods.

In this role, you will have independent responsibility for procurement-related activities while simultaneously contributing to the development of processes and working methods. You are expected to quickly take ownership of the assignment and create value through structure, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for operational purchases and daily contact with suppliers
• Ensure efficient procurement processes and drive improvement initiatives
• Actively support onboarding and implementation of a new procurement tool
• Work with ongoing production planning according to established processes
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and logistics to ensure smooth flows
• Contribute to increased structure, clarity, and efficiency in daily work
• Work in the ERP system D365 and support related processes

• Have substantial experience in Supply Planning and/or Procurement in a manufacturing environment
• Are accustomed to working independently and taking full responsibility for your assignment
• Have experience in operational procurement and supplier management
• Are proficient in ERP systems, preferably D365
• Have experience in improving and structuring processes and working methods
• Can start immediately or with very short notice
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

• Experience from biotech, life science, or other regulated industries
• Experience from manufacturing industry

You are used to working closely with different functions within the business and have an easy time building trust and collaboration in everyday life.
