About Villa Frank Group Housing

At Agaton Omsorg, we are proud to offer state-of-the-art LSS housing in Oskarshamn. Villa Frank is quietly located in a nature-friendly villa area in Oskarshamn, close to the sea, central Oskarshamn, and thus all conceivable public services.

The facility has 6 places, where each resident has their own apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, there are communal areas such as a kitchen/dining area and shared spaces.

Support is tailored for those living there with the aim of enabling them to live as independently as possible, with varied content regarding occupation, activities, and community. A contact person is assigned to each resident, responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up regarding the resident.

About the Role

As a temporary staff member, you are an important part of the lives of those residing at Villa Frank. You are a valuable asset for providing support when needed during holidays, sick leave, or when we need to do that little extra for those living with us. Our goal is to make today better than yesterday for the people we have the privilege of caring for. To achieve this, we need you!

We are looking for you who perhaps already have care and support education or equivalent, or are currently studying and want to contribute meaningfully in extra work with us. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We are looking for:

• Temporary staff for vacancies and extra needs.
• Working hours: day, evening, night, and weekends.
• Start date: More or less immediately during spring 2026.
• Personal suitability is highly valued.
• Merits: Relevant education or ongoing relevant education (e.g., assistant nurse with or without psychiatric focus, care assistant, caretaker, treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, support pedagogue).
• Merits: Experience from care and support work according to LSS.
• Merits: Knowledge and experience of low-affective interaction and clear pedagogy.
• Merits: B-class driver's license.

• Non-hierarchical and responsible in your work?
• Driven, engaged, and dedicated to the task of supporting other people in their development?
• Initiative-taking and have a good ability to work in a group as well as independently?
• Capable of gaining trust from others and solution-focused?
