SJR is now hiring a driven Sales Analyst for our client in Kista, a global company in the electronics industry. This is a consultancy assignment starting as soon as possible, initially for 12 months with employment at SJR and the possibility of extension.

About the Role

Are you a structured and analytical person who thrives in an administrative and coordinating role? We are now looking for a Sales Analyst who wants to contribute to our success by supporting the sales team with efficient data management, customer follow-up, and reporting. As a Sales Analyst, you will have a central function where you are responsible for handling administrative processes and coordinating activities to support our sales teams and customers. The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze and structure data to drive effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and update reports and analyses in Excel to support the sales team.
• Compile and structure sales data, as well as follow up on campaigns and activities.
• Coordinate and administer projects and tasks related to sales and customer experience.
• Act as a support for customers and internal teams by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and contribute to optimizing workflows.

Qualifications

You have a relevant higher education degree and very strong Excel skills, where you work comfortably with advanced functions such as pivot tables and complex formulas. You thrive in roles that involve a lot of administration and preferably have experience from a coordinating position. As a person, you are organized, detail-oriented, and have strong analytical skills. You communicate clearly and professionally and are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additionally, you are self-motivated and proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can quickly switch between different tasks and take responsibility for driving the work forward.

You are a responsible and engaged person who works solution-oriented and efficiently. With your analytical skills and good understanding of numbers, you can derive insights and communicate them clearly within the organization. You work in a structured and meticulous manner and always prioritize quality. Through a proactive approach, you take initiative and handle ad hoc tasks independently. You are self-reliant but also enjoy collaborating in a team, contributing with an egalitarian, positive, and professional attitude.
