We own and manage 20 properties. In Krylbo, we have a former school building that is now used as storage, workshops, and housing.

This position requires a broad range of handyman skills and includes among other things:

• Reinforcing burglary protection in exterior walls and doors, including locks and other security devices.
• Installing surveillance cameras.
• Renovating interior floors and walls following water damage.
• Inspecting roofs and performing many other detailed tasks.

The buildings have been subject to repeated break-ins, including recently, making security upgrades a priority.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, efficient, and capable of performing various tasks quickly and thoroughly. The position can be extended for many years if you demonstrate care, attention to detail, and fit well into our small team.

We are a small employer with fewer than 10 employees, based primarily in Västernorrland.
