Role
- Senior Service Designer supporting a new business opportunity.
Mandatory requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in service design or related fields.
- Strong understanding of mapping and analyzing service environments and system landscapes.
- Experience facilitating workshops and prioritizing requirements.

- Service blueprinting
- Stakeholder facilitation
- Process and service development
Responsibilities
- Map the current system landscape and identify opportunities and pain points.
- Support prioritization and influence through clear communication.
