We are now looking for a driven Quality Technician for an exciting assignment with a growing industrial company in Sävsjö.

About the Role

As a Quality Technician, you will play a key role in production and project operations. You are responsible for ensuring quality at all stages, from the receipt of components to the finished product.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing calibration according to established procedures.
• Conducting incoming inspections and documenting results.
• Participating in internal and external deviation reports as well as root cause analyses.
• Supporting production with problem-solving and quality assurance.
• Ensuring thorough final inspections of finished products.
• Communicating and addressing identified risks or obstacles together with your direct manager.
• Participating in the development and updating of the company's quality and environmental procedures.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in quality assurance, inspections, and documentation within the industry, preferably with technical components.
• Is familiar with standards and regulations, such as ISO.
• Has a high school or technical education, or equivalent work experience.
• Works in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner.
• Meritorious: Experience with CNC machines and production-adjacent work.
• Has good teamwork skills and experience communicating with different parts of the organization.
• Can support production and the organization in cases of deviations, root cause analyses, and classification issues.
