As a sales representative with us, you will visit private homes to present our offers. The role involves visiting homeowners and villa owners to eliminate moisture issues in their properties. You will sell a comprehensive drainage solution that improves the indoor environment for our customers.

Your routine will consist of conducting home visits that have been scheduled via telemarketing, advertising, or self-bookings. Once on-site, you will use our proprietary system, one of the most modern available on the market, to calculate the job costs and provide an on-the-spot quote.

You will be assigned a specific region as your work area and have the freedom to structure your 40-hour work week to best suit your lifestyle. We will set mutual expectations and goals, after which you will have the autonomy to manage your work in the way you find most effective.

The internal training begins with one week in the field alongside experienced colleagues, followed by a week of sales training. After that, you will have close contact with the Sales Manager, who will support you in performing your job to the best of your ability.

Qualifications:

The requirements for this role are that you share our vision for how we treat our customers. You must hold a valid driver's license (Category B), have access to your own car, and possess a good command of the Swedish language. Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
