Are you passionate about service and curious about taking on a varied role as a roaming receptionist for our clients? Are you structured, thrive in dynamic environments, and have another primary occupation? Then this might be the job for you!
About the role
Perido is now looking for you who would like to be available in our own substitute pool as a receptionist. This assignment is perfect for you who enjoy variety in both tasks and workplaces. As a roaming receptionist, you will initially be trained at several different reception desks to be ready to step in when needed. This may sometimes involve quick call-ins, so we hope that you, as an applicant, are an early riser and prepared for a conversation about working with short notice.
The assignment is part-time, so we would prefer that you have another primary occupation, such as being a student, retired, or having another part-time job. During weeks 25–33, there will be a high demand for staff, so we are looking for you who can work during those weeks.
Your responsibilities
The tasks vary depending on whether it concerns a company, organization, or authority, but generally, you will handle reception, customer service, and switchboard duties, as well as perform various administrative tasks. Examples of tasks include receiving and welcoming customers to the office and directing them appropriately. In addition, you will answer incoming calls, be responsible for answering questions received via email, and manage mail handling. There may also be simpler administrative tasks where you support your colleagues as needed.
Your qualities
We believe that you, as an applicant, have a burning interest in service and thrive in a social professional role where you get to work across a broad network of contacts and meet many new people daily. You are meticulous, flexible, and enjoy the challenge of treating customers with the best possible service and being helpful where needed. Furthermore, you are proactive and forward-thinking!
The role of a roaming receptionist is varied, and no two days are alike. Does this sound like the perfect assignment for you? Submit your application today, we look forward to reading it!
We are looking for you who have:
- Upper secondary education
- Good computer skills
- Ability to express yourself very well in speech and writing
Plus in the corner (Bonus):
- Experience working in reception, switchboard, or another service role
Scope and start date
Permanent employment with Perido with a 6-month probation period. Immediate start.
