BLP is a specialist company within air-raid shelters, civil defense, and related technical installations. We work with municipalities, property owners, and major construction companies across Sweden in projects where quality, responsibility, and long-term sustainability are crucial.

We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for projects from start to finish.

About the role

As a Project Manager at BLP, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, execution, and follow-up of projects
• Economics, schedules, quality, and work environment
• Contact with clients, external consultants (UE), and internal resources
• Practical support to technicians in production

Projects vary in size and complexity, but they share a common goal: they are execution-oriented with clear technical/regulatory requirements and are of societal importance.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who:

• Have good experience in project management within construction, installation, or technical contracting
• Are structured, self-reliant, and business-minded
• Have a good understanding of economics and are confident in your decision-making
• Have natural leadership skills and the ability to build trust
• Have knowledge of standard contracts AB04 and ABT06

Since travel is part of the role, you must have a valid driver's license (Category B).

Experience with air-raid shelters is particularly advantageous, but not strictly required.
