We are looking for an engaged and energetic personal assistant for an 8-year-old boy with ADHD and autism. He needs a secure, playful, and structured adult who can support him in his daily life and contribute to his development.

You must be able to communicate well in Swedish and English. Proficiency in Urdu is a plus. We prefer candidates with experience working with children with autism, for example as a nanny, teaching assistant, or personal assistant. Experience with speech therapy or communication support is a significant advantage.

The role requires you to be active, patient, and energetic. We are looking for someone under 40 years of age who holds a valid driver's license.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working with children with autism or other disabilities.
Experience in schools, preschools, or assistance roles – accustomed to creating structure, security, and developmental activities.
Experience with speech therapy or communication support.

The position involves supporting the boy in his daily routines, communication, play, activities, and development. You will become an important part of his daily life and collaborate closely with the family and the assistance provider.
