She needs reliable people who can support her in daily life, but also join in to create moments filled with laughter and companionship. About her She is a cheerful and curious woman who appreciates people who meet her with patience, creativity, and warmth. She loves walks, enjoys animals, and likes taking rides on her electric moped. Doing things together with her assistants means a lot to her, so we are looking for you who enjoy coming up with small and large activities that make daily life more fun and strengthen her self-confidence. About the role As a personal assistant, you are her support in daily life. You help with personal care and household chores, but your role is just as much about creating safety and joy. You need to be attentive, flexible, and responsive to her needs. Who we are looking for We believe you are a secure and calm person who sees the beauty in working closely with another human being. You likely still have a childlike spirit and enjoy laughing together. To thrive in this role, you need to be able to take initiative, but also have the ability to step back when needed. • Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities (ID) and autism.
