Production Technician with Drive and Technical Interest

About the role – a central function in our production

As a production technician at Wheelsystem, you become an important part of our production, responsible for assembly and contributing to the development of our products and working methods.

You work with our self-developed solutions within Wheelsystem360 and are involved in the work from component to finished product. The role involves both practical work and the opportunity to influence how we streamline and improve our processes.

You work in close collaboration with colleagues in production and contribute ideas, structure, and engagement to the daily work.

You will

You are responsible for the assembly of our products and systems in production. You handle deliveries and ensure that materials and components are in place at the right time.

Furthermore, you work with updating and maintaining business systems and contribute to order and structure in production. In your daily work, you use tools and hand machines, and are involved in identifying improvements in working methods and processes.

The work involves close collaboration with colleagues, contributing to efficient and high-quality production.

You are

You are a person who thrives in a practical role where precision, responsibility, and quality are in focus. With a technical interest and a willingness to learn, you contribute to both your own and the company's development.

Experience from assembly, industry, or craft trades such as carpentry or electrical work is meritorious but not a requirement. You have an interest in technology and feel comfortable working with tools and machines.

You are solution-oriented, flexible, and appreciate working together with others in a dynamic environment where improvements and ideas are welcome.

Good knowledge of Swedish is required. Having a forklift license, electrical knowledge, or English skills is meritorious.

The operations have their headquarters in Smålandsstenar, as well as a presence with offices in Frankfurt and employees.

The company's customers are located throughout Europe and operate in environments where working environment, efficiency, and quality are decisive factors. Since 2017, Wheelsystem has delivered market-leading, fully automatic wheel washers – designed, developed, and manufactured in Sweden.
