Do you have another main occupation and want to work part-time in service and reception? We are now looking for extra workers for varied assignments starting during the summer!

DUTIES

We are currently looking for extra workers in service and reception with assignments starting with work this summer and hours during the autumn and coming years. The assignments are varied and can, for example, be in reception, night concierge, or retail. The work involves a large focus on service, customer handling, and responsibility.

In your role as an extra worker in service, your main duties will include:

• Providing good service and professional customer handling to visitors and customers
• Working in reception, retail, or as a night concierge depending on the assignment
• Handling simpler administrative tasks
• Contributing to order, security, and a positive experience
• Following routines and guidelines from each client

The duties may vary depending on the assignment and work shifts, and our clients are located in or around Lund.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, responsible, and enjoy meeting people. You have a calm and professional approach and can handle different situations in a secure manner.

We see that you:

• Have another main occupation of at least 50% (e.g., studies, other work, or your own business)
• Are flexible and can work extra when needed
• Are reliable, punctual, and meticulous
• Have good communication skills and a pleasant demeanor

Previous experience in service, reception, retail, or similar is meritorious but not a requirement.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of extra worker in service is a part-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our clients. There are good opportunities for more work shifts and extension of the assignment. We have needs already this summer and wish to train our new colleagues already in May. The assignments are during daytime, night, and weekends.
