We are now looking for dedicated individuals for LSS Group Housing for the summer of 2026.

Here, we work to ensure that adults with disabilities can live as independent, stable, and meaningful lives as possible.

In this role, you will have a significant responsibility where you:

Support, motivate, and guide our residents in their daily lives to strengthen independence and participation. Plan and prepare activities and interventions based on individual needs, daily condition, and routines (e.g., cleaning, cooking, shopping, hygiene, outings, and hobbies). Contribute to smooth transitions in daily life (e.g., between activity/rest, home/work, staff changes). Work with pedagogical tools such as picture support, social stories, and structure-enhancing strategies. Collaborate with healthcare personnel (nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists) and perform delegated tasks, including medication management. Document digitally according to current guidelines.

Collaboration

For our residents to experience the same sense of security in their daily lives, collaboration within the staff group is central. We work closely together and need to be aligned regarding routines, approach, and planning – always with the resident's best interest in focus.

About the job

Many of our residents thrive best with clear boundaries, fixed routines, and good foresight. Therefore, it is important that as a temporary staff member, you enjoy working in a structured manner and see the value in what might sometimes seem like "the little things": creating predictability, reducing stress, and helping the individual succeed in their daily life.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends. During daytime, evening, and night shifts in the form of sleeping on-call duty.

Work shifts are scheduled and vary depending on the workplace and operations.

For some group homes, we are also looking for staff for awake night shifts.

Qualifications

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Ability to communicate and work according to people's different needs and conditions.

Requirements

Category B driver's license for some operations.

To work in care and assistance, you must provide a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record).
