We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Night Receptionist for hotel operations during the summer period, June to August. This role is perfect for you who enjoy night shifts and have the ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility.

As the Night Receptionist, you are the hotel's primary contact person during the night hours, ensuring that guests receive professional treatment and a safe, well-functioning stay.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Handling payments and cash reporting
• Booking management
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Performing administrative tasks
• Ensuring fire and safety procedures are followed
• Handling guest inquiries and unforeseen situations during the night

The work takes place at night and on weekends.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we look for:

• Experience from the hotel industry, preferably as a receptionist or similar role
• Alternatively, experience from other service professions
• Education in hospitality and tourism is a plus
• Good computer skills and experience with digital systems
• Advantageous knowledge of booking systems such as Mews, Opera Cloud, Hotsoft, HMS, or similar
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
• You must have a clean criminal record
