At Quality Hotel™ 11 & Eriksbergshallen, no day is like the other – thank goodness! One moment we are serving meals to a regular business traveler, and the next, it is the hockey team with the gold medal in hand that needs to be fed. We are now looking for an Event & Banquet Sous Chef who, together with the Food & Beverage team, will create delicious culinary experiences for all our hotel and conference guests.

A large part of the hotel experience revolves around fantastic food experiences. It should taste amazing and be served with a smile! But there are many threads to pull before the guest takes their first bite. Are you a true foodie with a sense for planning and leadership? Then keep reading!

• The role involves planning and cooking meals in line with our concepts: lunch, a la carte, and conference/banquet.

• We follow routines for organic products and sorting requirements.

• Laws related to health, environment, and safety will also be your top priority!

• The position involves working days, evenings, and weekends.

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a la carte & conference/banquet service.

• You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
